Job Description

We seek a talented B2B Digital Marketing Manager to join our team, where you will be responsible for a variety of vital activities. These will include but not limited to:

  • Development and management of digital marketing campaigns, utilising best practices across all areas – including email marketing, social media, and SEO
  • Management and ownership of updating company website – including development where applicable
  • Management of social media channels (primarily LinkedIn organic) – generating copy and creatives where necessary, and responding to comments/messages
  • Management of third-party agencies under SLA to achieve objectives set out in MarCom plan (design, web developers)
  • Track activity via Google Analytics (GA4) and work with Content Marketing Manager to make improvements
  • Co-development of and monthly reporting against MarCom plan, including various analytics
  • Distribution and logging of inbound enquiries within the commercial team
  • Ensure all marketing practices adhere to data protection and privacy laws (GDPR)
  • Ensure all channels remain compliant with AIM Rule 26
  • Monitor and update CRM for marketing automation and segmentation.
  • Act as a brand champion for the corporate brand and ensure consistent branding across all marketing collateral
  • (Digital) Management of industry events (conferences/exhibitions, webinars)
  • Assist with additional general marketing activities

Skills/experience required:

  • B2B digital marketing (preferably within Life Sciences)
  • Strong practical knowledge of LinkedIn (organic and paid)
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email marketing and website
  • Management/strong working relationship with third party agencies
  • Google Analytics (experience with GA4 would be advantageous)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to work with manual and automated lead nurturing tools
  • Events organisation and management
  • Degree or equivalent education in life sciences, business or marketing


  • Understanding of requirements of a listed company (AIM)
  • Video editing
  • Willingness to attend events when needed
